Throughout this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Kozaynest Ventures Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” or “customer” denote the person placing an order on our platform. By completing a purchase, you accept and agree to the shipping terms outlined below. 

Shipping Coverage 

At present, we provide complimentary shipping services across India only. International shipments are not supported at this time. If this policy changes, updates will be posted on our official website. 

Order Processing Time 

Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it within 1 to 2 business days. This timeframe excludes weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and national holidays. As soon as your order is processed, a confirmation message will be emailed to you. 

Estimated Delivery Window 

Typical delivery occurs within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. Please note that delays can happen occasionally due to factors beyond our control, such as peak season surges, deliveries to remote areas, or unforeseen external disruptions. 

In Case of Delivery Failure 

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request re-shipment. 

Damaged or Missing Deliveries 

If your order arrives damaged, please notify our customer support within 24 hours of receipt. Be sure to provide clear photographs of the damaged products for assessment. 

If your order goes missing, we will open an investigation with the courier service. After verification, we will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund based on stock availability and your preference.

Certain items may need special handling. Any such specific shipping conditions or restrictions will be clearly stated on the individual product pages.
