  • Once the refund is accepted, it will be issued to the payment method linked to your order within 5 to 7 business days. 
  • An email will confirm the initiation of your refund once it has been successfully processed. 

Partial Refund Conditions

  • Certain components (such as accessories or tags) are missing, but the main product remains returnable.
